New Search Capabilities in RetailDeck!
We have listened to your requests and added several new ways to search in the RetailDeck programs via model numbers.
1. Search for multiple models simultaneously by separating them with the | symbol
Example: A model number search for ABB|KDL would show all model numbers that include either "ABB" or "KDL" in them
2. Search for models that start with certain characters
Example: A model number search for ABB... will show all model numbers that start with the characters "ABB"
3. Search for model numbers that end with certain characters
Example: A model number search for ...DEW will show all model numbers that end with "DEW"
4. Search for models that start and end with certain characters
Example: A model number search for ABB...DEW will show all models that begin with "ABB" and also end with "DEW"
5. Search for all models in an excel column simultaneously
Example: If you have a spreadsheet that contains a column of model numbers you want to search for all at the same time, just select that column in your spreadsheet, copy it (by right clicking or using your control key functions), and paste the data in the Model Search Box in RetailDeck.
Special Notes on Searching:
- Searches are NOT case sensitive
- The number of periods DO NOT matter as long as there are two (2) or more in succession. ABB..DEW means the same thing as ABB...DEW
- The number of periods DO NOT denote the number of missing letters
- When searching for multiple model numbers, it does not matter if there are spaces on either side of the | symbol. ABB|DEW means the same thing as ABB | DEW
