How do I upgrade RetailDeck to a newer version?
To upgrade RetailDeck , you simply follow the same steps you did when you first installed RetailDeck. The RetailDeck installer is intelligent enough to upgrade any older version of the software.
When should I upgrade?
If you are having trouble with RetailDeck, it is always a good idea to upgrade to the latest version before contacting us or getting frustrated. If you are having a problem, chances are someone else has already had the same problem, reported it to us, and we have fixed it.
When we put out a new version of RetailDeck that contains major new functionality, we also flag it in such a way that you will receive a notice of its availability each time you download the deck until you upgrade.
We normally will put out new versions in the few days that precede the major trade shows.
