What do I need to do, and what do I need to know before installing RetailDeck?

Before you can use RetailDeck you need to obtain a valid, buying group specific, username and password.  The process for doing so is a bit different for each buying group that uses RetailDeck.

For Members of ADC

As a member of ADC, you must sign up for RetailDeck to obtain a username and password.  Your username will be the same as your store number (11BA for example) and your password will be set as per your request.

To sign up for RetailDeck , obtain a lost username/password, find out if you have already signed up, or discuss your options, you should call RetailDeck , 1-800-889-5812.  Ask for Jim Kane, he will get you set up ASAP.

For Members of the Boston Group

As a member of the Boston Group, your RetailDeck username and password are the same as the username and password that you use to access the Boston group information site.  Your username is your dealer number (8585 for example).

If you have lost, forgotten or are unsure as to your username or password, get in touch with your facilitator.

For Members of DMI

As a member of DMI, you must sign up for RetailDeck .  Your username and password will be the same as the username and password that you use to access the Lawson system.

If you have forgotten your username or password, you should contact DMI.

For Members of Intercounty

As a member of Intercounty, you must sign up for RetailDeck .  To do so, you simply download and install RetailDeck and, when prompted, enter your username and password, which are the same as the username and password that you use to get into Intercounty's back room (the member information section of www.intercountyappliance.com).  The first time that you download the deck using RetailDeck , your store will be automatically signed up for RetailDeck .

For Members of Nationwide of Connecticut

As a member of Nationwide of Connecticut, your RetailDeck username and password are the same as the username and password that you use to access Nationwide of Connecticut back room (at http://www.natact.com), which also is the same as the username and password that you use to administer your JG Sullivan back room (at http://www.homeappliances.com)

If you have lost, forgotten or are unsure as to your username or password, contact us, and we will get everything sorted out for you.

For Members of United Stores

As a member of United Stores, you must sign up for RetailDeck .  To do so, you simply download and install RetailDeck and, when prompted, enter your username and password, which are the same as the username and password that you use to get into member net (http://www.unitedstores.com) .  The first time that you download the deck using RetailDeck , your store will be automatically signed up for RetailDeck .

If you don't know your username or password, you should contact United Stores.
