We have extensive online tutorials available. These tutorials are often times the best way to learn how to do common tasks, such as creating price tags, customizing the software, etc. Before emailing or phoning support, take a peek in the tutorials. You will probably find the answer to your questions there.

A rebate or special promotion is not showing up in RetailDeck . What should I do?
Get in touch with the RetailDeck operator (operator@retaildeck.com, 1-800-889-5812). They are in charge of making sure that all rebates etc. are up to date.
